Elm Shakespeare: Pericles in Edgerton from New Haven, Connecticut on Vimeo.
One of the best "perks" about Willoughby's Coffee, says Elm Shakespeare Company's Managing Director Daniel Fitzmaurice, is the stunning amount of talent within the ranks of Willoughby's coffee employees. A good example, Gracy Brown, maanger at the Church and Grove location, provides an electrifying performance as the narrator Gower alost every night this month in Edgerton park throughout the ElmShapespeare performance of Pericles.
You can see her performance along with some extraordinary fight scenes, as described in the video where we interview a long-time patron and appreciator of Elm Shakespeare. As a perennial member of the audience in Edgerton Park, he recalls the elaborate set for a King Richard play one year, and a comedy which involved a Vespa on another occasion. There is no video or photographic recording allowed during the play itself, but we got to know the crowd and caught up with some of the performers before the play to see what makes them excited about Elm Shakespeare Co.

York Street. Fear not, Coffee aficionados. Willoughby's on York Street is back up and running.
Workers were especially tight-lipped last week but the sign on the door indicated that the A&A Building had become water damaged. One can only guess or expect that this occurred in conjunction with the cold temperatures which occurred at the very same time.

It was told by one that one of the workers pressed the fax machine button, and water immediately began gushing from the walls. The young woman tried without success to cancel the fax, but this had no effect on the ceasing of soakage. The shop looks better than ever now than it ever did.

Winter Quiz Contest [Ended]

| Beinecke Plaza, devoid of snow. |
If you can answer correctly why that is, by tweeting to @nhvorg with #nhvsnow and the correct answer, we will award you with a giftcard to Willloughby's Coffee And Tea, who have graciously sponsored this Winter Quiz Contest. Expect more contests to be announced.
This is not an easy question. It's not an obvious answer but there is a very specific reason, and it's unlike any other for granite courtyards.
Previous Answers:1. It's not because of the climate control in the library (the library is of course climate controlled, but it does not affect the temperature across the entire courtyard).
2. It's not because of office space underneath (which is true, there are offices underneath, but that's not why all the snow melts).
The correct answer via CTGirlAboutTown:
"Radiant Heating."

New Intern: Willowbee
Topics:
Willoughbys
There's a new intern in town, and his name is Willowbee. Named after coffee and cream which appears to be the color of his fur, you might not ever meet an animal with a more pleasant demeanor. He is a truly amazing dog, learning sit, stay, and proofread all within the first two weeks of stay, here in the EasyRock section of #Nhv. Hope you can meet him. I expect that Willowbee will be the new Key Grip for most new #NHV FILMS. Please stay tuned and I promise not to write about my dog, but to let my dog write for me. Because he can edit and proofread, as i earlier suggested.

Where You Bean?

Nhv.Org likes to bean at Willoughbys, because there's no better coffee in the universe. I always picture a story about a lone pilot flys his way to Guatemala to bring back the beans. A guy named Hernando.
What beans? Coffee beans.
What beans? Coffee beans.
