#HarlemRen at the Beineke Library from Travis Carbonella on Vimeo.

Read more on the official website at beinecke.library.yale.edu/harlemren.

Travis Carbonella's new video about the #HarlemRen explains everything about why you need to come to New Haven and go to Yale's Beinecke library and see this exhibit. Perhaps if you live in Harlem, or you live in New York City and you have an interest in learning more about the history of our culture; if you're interested in seeing this, it will be on display from Friday, January 13, 2017 to Monday, April 17, 2017.

It contains original material by:

Bessie Smith
Bill “Bojangles” Robinson
Ralph Ellison
W.E.B. Du Bois

And many others.

Bernie Sanders in New Haven on Social Media

The Green was partitioned between people who went through metal detectors, and those who freely stood at the far side of the flagpole.

Bernie Sanders went to Willoughby's on Chapel earlier that day for coffee.

He also toured neighborhoods with Gary Holder Winfield, a state senator in Connecticut.
