Eighteen years ago this coming Tuesday, New Haven resident Malik Jones was gunned down by an East Haven police officer in Fair Haven, so local activists are meeting at 145 Grand Avenue where he was killed.
More than 200 have signed on so far, and they'll be marching after a 5 p.m. rally to the downtown area. Details
