Cop Cleared by IA Still in Court for Separate Incident

The New Haven police officer that became the center of a controversy regarding a St. Patrick's Day arrest video is in the midst of another court case involving allegations of misconduct. This one stems from a 2013 incident outside of Toad's Place. More here.
