New Haven Assaults Targeting Immigrants, Activists Say

Alberto Serrano Corrano, an immigrant and New Haven resident, almost died the night he was assaulted in the Hill, and he's not alone. In a city where attacks on immigrants are common, victims are having trouble finding help, community activists say.
