Local Documentary Storytelling

Part of the goal here on on the site is to explore the local environment and discover new people.  This is Episode 2 of the BooSlick Show.  BooSlick (Jahmal H.) and 'Nolo (Technology) discuss a variety of topics, first touching on the subject of New Haven's history of rap music in the 1990's.

They run off a list of people who they acknowledge as being foundational members of the rap music scene during that time period.
They explain what got them into making music in the first place.  And as always, BooSlick kicks a freestyle, this time with scenic view of New Haven from on top of East Rock in the background.  You can visit his site and see all of the episodes (so far there are only 2) at BooSlick.Com

Stay tuned for more episodes of the show as a new one will appear every week.  It's one of the more creative programs available on the local internet at the moment.  Future topics will include basketball, deejaying, health, education, and more.  All good things.
