All you need is a Google account. Follow the instructions and you can have access to post events directly, without an intermediary! Tutorial and technical support is available to help you if you have trouble.
Here is an example of a complete calendar post. It contains the Host and Event name in the title (in that order). The date and time is correct. The actual physical address is listed in "where." This one is someone's own description. It's preferable to copy from the press release.
