#SHiFTLuv: Cycling Studio Downtown

SHiFT is a new cycling studio on Crown Street, and it's gaining traction and momentum with the young professional crowd in downtown New Haven. It's been described as "dancing on a bicycle" as many of the participants feel that the music selection is one of the features of cycling that make it a fun workout. Here are several of the reasons why people in New Haven are feeling the #ShiftLUV:

The room is dark and instructors play fast-paced tunes and help push you to your limits. To know what the experience of riding at SHiFT is like, you can also watch our previous video which shows the workout room in more detail.

If you're interested in trying it out, the ShiftCycling.Com website recommends attending the free Sunday Morning session. From their website:

"We are tapping it back in the Elm City as the city’s only dedicated indoor cycling studio.   Located at Temple and Crown, we from blocks away from the town green, near Yale University and Hospital, Omni Hotel and surrounded by many awesome restaurants and bars."
