Regular exercise is known as a way to help promote a positive mental attitude. Tonight this evening, the warm temperatures of the day have significantly been reduced to a lovely 77°F, which is perfect for a walk, either alone or with a canine friend. A thoughtful walk is known as "A constitutional." And one of the nicest streets in in town is Hillhouse Avenue. Both Charles Dickens and Mark Twain called this street "the most beautiful street in America." I would have to agree, for the most part. Get to know #Nhv, and take a consitutional this evening.
