From 1pm until 3pm, professional local barbers will donate time to give free haircuts to the people who are homeless or are living on the New Haven Green. This event, part of "Jesse's Homeless Outreach Projects" aims to inspire people all afternoon tomorrow. It will be on a first come first serve basis.
