Thanksgiving Proclamation

Recommended reading from {@MimoCT} from 1936 [source: Connecticut State Library] --

You never thought a guy named Wilbur could be so poetic, but this is what he said:

"Time out of mind at this turn of the seasons when the hardy oak leaves rustle in the wind and the frost gives a tang to the air and the dusk falls early and the friendly evenings lengthen under the hell or Orion, it has seemed good to our people to join together in praising the Creator and Preserver, who has brought us by a way that we did not know to the end of another year."

Stay tuned because later in the day, a 2-minute long Thanksgiving video will be posted.  Get ups with your history by keeping on this informative channel of public declarations.  Thanks to @MimoCT for the support in providing points of interest with great local relevance.
