Streets Full O' Potatoes

It was recently brought to our attention that wherever you see a planter, one where the leaves are a particular light shade of green (which may remind you of the Emerald Isle), that those planters are, in fact...  full of potatoes.

Yes, it's true.  A leprechaun from the hood told me as he drew up in a bright miniature sized yellow pick-up truck with a garden hose.  His task is to water these potatoes everyday, a fitting job for such a leprechaun.
