Occupy Referendum

Gearing up for tomorrow's big sweep, the people on the New Haven Green who identify as "occupiers" don't necessarily see themselves as "invaders," but they've essentially taken over the New Haven Green with no intent to leave.

Their most recent attempt at putting the law on their side?  Challenging the legality of the ownership of the green.  Watch the video.  Wonder what will happen next.
