Chapel Street Repaved

Lower Chapel Street has been repaved, making it a veritable skateboard superhighway.  With fewer bumps per square inch (BPi2), it makes it quite possible to hum across the uniform surface at greater speeds.

Skateboarders often are more acutely aware of the quality of street pavement, as it takes less to create conditions that make a street or sidewalk "unskatable."
