Nature's Daily Finale

This was taken from atop East Rock, which is a great place to see the sun set over New Haven. Where do you like to watch the sun set?

Preview Tonight's Sunset

Every so often, we are able to take a glimpse into the soon-to-be present moment, but rarely are we able to capture that on video.  Here we have one of our first examples of a future seeing device at work:  Nhv.Org's new "Tonight's Sunset" feature preview.

Appreciate the changing tones of the sky as the sun slowly makes its way over the horizon, setting in the distance behind the buildings of Chapel Street.

Do you do time lapses?  Would you like yours to be seen by all?  Comment to this post about a timelapse you've recently done.  We'll all share in the experience of seeing 30 minutes in 30 seconds together.

Autumn Wrap-Up.

OK, so if you "YouTube" search "Thanks Paul Rudolph" you might find a video in appreciation for weird architecture.  Paul Rudolph, known as the inventor of the upside-down skatepark, is the one to thank for this excellent afternoon activity.  Here in New... err...  Cleveland.  Yep.

Small World (Big Clouds).

Nice sunset last night, wasn't it?

Shows the afternoon experience both in a car on the highway and on a bus.  Enjoy!
