We Reviewed a few of the TedX speakers for this year's independently organized event. Among those, the most recognizable were
Robert Shiller, an economist for the New York Times;
Mark Saltzman who writes books on bioengineering (not the Sesame Street writer);
Cynthia Schneider, who works on foreign policy and does a fantastic job, and the "You're not Special" guy from YouTube,
Mr. David McCullough, Jr (if only YouTube could have been around to capture the magic of a David McCullough Sr. commencement speech).
There are some real magicians (
Jen Kramer, for example). You can watch her
